My Favourite Little Tapas Bar

Today I went into college to hand in my deposit for our ever so exciting Italy trip that my class will be going on in a couple of months time *squeal*! And because it's half term this week the CAAD suite where we do our work was only open until 2.30pm. Because I had so much to do this morning, like leisurely get ready and untangle my untameable hair for what seemed like hours, I got into Newcastle at like 12, sooo me and Amy decided to wander into town for some lunch. 

The first time I went to Salsa was on a night out in a group, where we randomly saw it was open and looked cute. When our food came it was soooo good and so unbelievably cheap we ordered even more. It was all gone in no time and it became my new favourite bar for an awesomely tasty Spanish bite to eat. It seems to be open pretty much all the time too, late into the night with live acoustic music and a cosy atmosphere.

Today though it was a gloomy and rainy nothing out of the ordinary Tuesday lunch time and we chose to sit on the comfy couches and munch on some nachos. Bear in mind that a 'mini nachos' is a full dinner plate size with all the trimmings... salsa, guacamole, sour cream, melted cheese, fried beans and jalapeños! The 'Montana nachos' would definitely be for a group of around like 6 people!

Sitting somewhere cosy in Newcastle with my besty Amy is one of my favourite things to do. Having a chat, taking some pictures and just chilling out. Aaaah
