Pantone Colours Of The Year 2016

Currently my time is being spent working on my development module on my creative enterprise course, where I plan to create a local magazine for the north east. 'Sponsored' (hypothetically) by Topshop/Topman it will feature fashion editorials, trends, street style, music, food, any local events, graduates from the Newcastle area and a lot more.

The above board is one of my mood boards I created when researching spring/summer 16 trends, trend forecasting, designer collections for the season, etc.

These two colours are Rose Quartz 13-1520 and Serenity 15-3919, Pantone's two chosen colours of the year, and I absolutely love them. Having incorporated a pastel pink trench coat into my wardrobe already this year I definitely plan to make some baby blue purchases and style the two together. Fashion is all about fun and for me that means the more happy, cute colours the better!
